As a deputy principal of the school, I feel honoured to be part of this wonderful and loving family. I refer to it as family because that is the atmosphere and spirit that prevails in our school. We treat our girls as if they were our biological children. As staff members, we also treat each other as brothers and sisters. This spirit of unity ensures that our girls get the best from us as educators.
The love and passion we have for our job ensures that every learner at our school unlock their full potential and beyond.
Through the values of the school that we hold in high esteem, every learner is moulded to become a responsible citizen who contributes positively her community, to our country and to the world.
As GGHS, we go all out to cease any opportunity available for our learners in order to better their lives. In the spirit of our motto “AURORAE ALIS SURGO” which means “TAKE THE WINGS OF THE MORN” we aim high and not be content with mediocrity, but to utilise every opportunity to develop and grow.
